Our Managing Directors are independent contractors who are compensated for growing chapter members, hosting local events, and helping women connect, support, and grow through the shared experience of being a woman business owner. A Managing Director opportunity is ideal for women who have been in business for themselves a minimum of 1 year and who provide coaching, consulting, or professional services, or creative services.

Managing director responsibilities include: planning and hosting monthly chapter meetings; building and managing the chapter’s membership; building and managing the chapter’s leadership; promotion and social media; attending monthly online leadership meetings and/or trainings; and providing support, enthusiasm, and positivity to members of their chapter, fellow Managing Directors, and the organization.
